Inglourious Basterds

The film Inglourious Basterds released in 2009 was written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. Although the film is history-fictional, it deals with two plots of the assassination of Nazi Germany’s political leadership.

Tarantino spent a decade writing the film script. He started to write the story in 1998 but he couldn't find a perfect climax to finish it off. He took care of the smallest characters of the movie and shaped the final script very well.

The performance of Brad Pitt and Christopher Waltz are outstanding while the later winning Academy Award in Supporting Role.

Tarantino clarified “some of the best writing I've ever done. But I couldn't come up with an ending”.

The movie hit the screens in 2009, it was blockbuster and critically acclaimed worldwide. Truly, a master piece from TarantinoJ
